The Frederick County Professional Firefighters Association was created in 1998 and became an affiliate of the International Association of Firefighters, in 2002. All  60+ members of the organization are professionals with various levels of training. When you dial 911 you will get a crew of firefighters who are also trained EMT’s and Hazardous Materials First Responders.  Our members help to protect the more than 70,000+ residents of Frederick County on a daily basis. Our organization is committed to providing fast, efficient, reliable and professional grade service that the residents and visitors of Frederick County, VA deserve.
